ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

1. Who is responsible

No separate accessibility coordinator is appointed. The Operator has no employees at the statutory threshold that requires that appointment.

2. The Israeli standard

Website accessibility in Israel is set by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, including regulation 35א, and by Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Downloadable files are covered by SI 5568 Part 2.

3. Current state of this site

No accessibility audit of Debateor.com has been completed. This statement does not claim that the site meets SI 5568 or WCAG 2.0 AA.

Under regulation 35ו(ז) of those Service Regulations, an obligor who is an osek patur is exempt from the website-accessibility adjustments in the web-services chapter. The Operator is an osek patur. If that status changes, this statement will be updated.

The public homepage and On Air list are open without an account. Rooms that require sign-in still use Google sign-in.

4. Limits that come from the product

  • Live rooms are unscripted video and audio. The Service does not generate live captions, live sign-language, or live audio description.
  • Votes, timers, queues, and chat update in real time and may not work well with every screen reader.
  • Sign-in uses Google’s own screens.
  • Other users’ streams and chat are not pre-labelled by the Operator.

5. How to request help or report a barrier

Email Info@Redmirageproject.com and include:

  1. the page, room name, or URL
  2. what blocked you
  3. your browser, device, and any assistive software
  4. if you need a legal page in another format, which format (plain text is available)

There is no published response time for a general barrier report.

If you ask for an accessible copy of the Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, or this statement, the Operator will send a plain-text copy within 21 days of a complete request.
