PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Debateor.com collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data. It applies the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 (in force 14 August 2025), and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Outside the State Borders), 5761-2001.
Read it with the Terms of Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to this policy, including the transfer of data to the processors named below.
The Operator does not filter lawful speech for political reasons. Data or content is removed only where Israeli law or the safety of the Service requires it.
1. Who the controller is
The database controller (בעל שליטה במאגר מידע) is:

That email is the only address for privacy requests.
No Data Protection Officer is appointed. The Service does not sell personal data, does not have 100,000 users, and does not conduct systematic large-scale monitoring. If those Amendment 13 thresholds are later met, a DPO will be appointed and this policy will be updated.
2. What we collect
Personal data is data about an identified person, or a person who can be identified with reasonable effort.
- Account: name, email, profile image, and Google account ID from Google sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.
- Live video and audio: the stream you send when camera or microphone is on.
- Use of the Service: votes, raise-hand queue, timer actions, chat, reports, room blocks, moderator actions, display name, and room or channel information.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps.
- Purchases: what you bought and whether it is active. Card numbers are collected by Paddle.com, not by the Operator.
- Mail: the content of messages you send to Info@Redmirageproject.com or Contact@redmirageproject.com.
On a page load the site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP address for that request.
3. Why we use the data
- to run live rooms, On Air, voting, chat, queues, branded rooms, and Reels
- to sign you in and keep the account secure
- to complete purchases through Paddle and deliver the role or item
- to review reports, block rooms or users, and remove content Israeli law requires us to remove
- to answer support and partnership mail
- to keep records Israeli tax and bookkeeping rules require
- to diagnose outages and abuse
We do not sell personal data. We do not use debate speech to build an advertising profile.
Live video, voice, and opinions you speak on a public stream are processed because that is the Service. Political or religious opinions spoken on a stream can be data of special sensitivity under Amendment 13. We process that speech only to host the room you joined or started and to create Reels the host or Titan is allowed to create.

Paddle handles payment data under Paddle’s own privacy policy.
5. Transfers outside Israel
Supabase, LiveKit, Cloudflare, Google, and Paddle process data outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union.
Transfer from an Israeli database abroad is allowed under the 2001 Transfer Regulations when the person agrees to the transfer (regulation 2(1)) and the recipient is bound in writing to protect the data and not pass it on except as permitted (regulation 3). Using the Service after this policy is published is that agreement. The Operator uses those providers only under their written terms.
Israeli law continues to apply to the Operator.
6. Recordings and Reels
Rooms are not recorded automatically. Recording starts only if an authorized host turns it on and storage is configured. It is best-effort.
Only the room host or an authorized Titan user can create Reels with the Service’s tools.
A live room is public to the people in it. If you speak, use a camera, or chat, they can see and hear you. If recording is on, your image, voice, and chat from that room may be stored and clipped.
7. How long we keep data
These are the Operator’s retention rules. The product and storage must follow them.

A legal hold (court order, police demand, or an open report of a criminal offense) pauses deletion until the hold ends.
8. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may:
- inspect personal data we hold about you (section 13)
- ask us to correct or delete data that is wrong, incomplete, unclear, or out of date (section 14)
- appeal a refusal to the competent Magistrates’ Court
Send the request from the email on your account to Info@Redmirageproject.com. We will verify the account and answer within 30 days.

9. Cookies and similar technology
Checked against the live homepage on 7 September 2026.
In use
- First-party storage needed to run the site and, after login, to keep a Supabase / Google session
- Google Fonts on public pages (Google may process IP)
Not in use on the live site today
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- other advertising or retargeting pixels
If an advertising pixel is added later, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
10. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only:
- with the processors in section 4
- with Paddle to process a purchase
- with a room host or Titan to the extent the room tools require it
- if a court, the police, or another competent Israeli authority lawfully requires it
- if needed to handle criminal content (including terrorism or child sexual abuse material) or to protect users and the Service
Other people in a room can see your public stream, name, chat, and votes. We cannot take back a copy they made on their own device.
11. Children under 18
The Service is for users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we close it and delete the data we control within 30 days, except records a legal hold requires us to keep.
12. Security
Access to the production database and admin tools is limited to the Operator. Sign-in is through Google. Traffic to the site and to processors is encrypted in transit. No live-video service is free of risk. You choose what you say and show on camera.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on the site or sent to the email on your account.
